Job summary

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Manager to lead our Cloud, Network and Infrastructure Engineering team. This senior technical leader will drive reliability, security and performance across a hybrid environment while shaping the technology roadmap and championing automation.

You will mentor engineers, manage cloud costs, oversee major infrastructure projects and work closely with the Head of Enterprise Technology and stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience across cloud, infrastructure and networking.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure experience.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Python and Terraform.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Security controls uplift aligned to ACSC Essential Eight ML2.
• Experience with DevOps and IaC practices.
• Ability to manage hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS and Azure administration, optimization and security.
• Oversee hybrid cloud deployments and platform modernization.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure.
• Manage cloud cost, performance, and resilience strategies.
• Drive automation and IaC across environments.

• Represent Enterprise Technology at CAB meetings.
• Ensure documentation and runbooks are current.
• Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
