Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Sydney seeks an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage complex LAN/WAN and data centre environments. You will architect routing/switching using BGP/OSPF/MPLS, secure firewalls and VPNs, and support cloud networking in AWS/Azure.

We value deep protocol knowledge, multi-vendor hardware (Cisco/Aruba/Juniper), and strong LLDesign skills. Certifications like CCNP/CCIE are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Engineering or Advanced Infrastructure Administration.
• Deep understanding of core networking protocols, switching matrixes, and multi-vendor hardware (Cisco, Aruba, or Juniper).
• Experience with cloud networking constructs (AWS VPC or Azure VNet).
• Strong background in security deployment, firewalls, and preparing Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Bonus points for active certifications like CCNP or CCIE!

Responsibilities

• Manage Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and configure complex enterprise environments across LAN, WAN, and Data Centres.
• Core Administration: Architect and maintain routing and switching architectures using protocols like BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Secure the Fort: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and network access control systems.
• Cloud Integration: Support and scale network workloads across hybrid environments and public clouds (AWS/Azure).
• Optimize Performance: Conduct LLD drafting and investigate deep system, routing, and connectivity bottlenecks.
