DFP Recruitment is seeking a Lead Data Modeller to drive enterprise data modelling initiatives across a range of projects and strategic programs. You will lead the design, governance and optimisation of data models that support modern data platforms, reporting and analytics capabilities.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust semantic models and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise data modelling in large, complex environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into logical, physical and semantic models.
• Proven proficiency with dimensional modelling, ERWIN and Snowflake.
• Strong data governance, metadata management and model documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and governance of enterprise semantic models, datasets, KPIs and business metrics.
• Translate business requirements to logical, dimensional and semantic models with stakeholders.
• Develop enterprise-grade dimensional models using star schemas, facts, dimensions and relationships.
• Create and optimise analytical data models in the data warehouse with SQL transformations.
• Develop reusable semantic models in BI tools to support enterprise reporting.
• Define business measures, KPIs and reusable logic.
• Collaborate with data engineering to source data and ensure analytical readiness.
• optimise model performance and query efficiency.
• Enable consumption of governed semantic models without duplicating logic in reports.
