DFP Recruitment is looking for a Lead Data Modeller to drive enterprise data modelling initiatives across multiple projects and programs. You will lead the design, governance and optimisation of data models that support modern data platforms, reporting and analytics capabilities.

Working with architects, engineers and business stakeholders, you will establish best-practice data standards, ensure data quality and enable scalable, data-driven decision making globally within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise data modelling in large, complex environments.
• Translate business requirements into logical, physical and semantic models.
• Hands-on Snowflake modelling with complex SQL transformations.
• Proficiency with ERWin and other modelling tools.
• Experience building scalable semantic models for BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and governance of enterprise semantic models, certified datasets, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data architects to translate requirements into models.
• Design and develop fact/dimension models using star schema principles.
• Develop analytical models in data warehouse with SQL transformations.
• Create reusable semantic models in BI tools to support enterprise reporting.
• Define KPIs, calculations and reusable business logic.
• Coordinate with data engineering to source data and ensure analytics readiness.
• Optimize performance of semantic models and query plans.
• Ensure governance and avoid duplicating logic across reports.
