Accenture Australia seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end AI delivery for enterprise clients in Canberra. You’ll design and ship AI systems, from initial CTO discovery sessions to production deployments with real load, balancing security, scale and cost.

Ideal candidates have a CS/engineering degree, 10+ years in software/solutions architecture, and 3+ years delivering AI/LLM solutions in production, plus strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions in production.
• Proven track record of leading complex, customer‑facing technical engagements.

Mansioni

• Own the technical relationship with enterprise clients from discovery through production, including C-suite engagement and long-term roadmap influence.
• Run workshops to identify high‑value AI use cases and translate business problems into concrete engineering plans.
• Architect and ship enterprise‑grade AI systems using Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc., chosen for the problem.
• Design pipelines and agentic workflows meeting security, scalability, and reliability requirements in production.
• Mentor engineers on client engagements and lead incident resolution and complex troubleshooting.
• Define evaluation frameworks for model quality, safety, and business impact; implement LLMOps practices.
