Job summary
Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an Engineering & Technical Services Manager to lead a large, multi-disciplinary engineering and technical workforce within the C-27J Program. You will drive customer outcomes, manage safety, quality and compliance, and work across engineering, maintenance and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
The role requires a degree in engineering, proven leadership across complex environments, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading and developing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management.
- Ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering and technical services team.
- Provide strategic, tactical and operational leadership to meet customer requirements and contractual obligations.
- Build relationships with customers, program leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Oversee planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resource management and reporting for engineering activities.
- Drive workforce planning and capability development to support future business needs.
