The role requires 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership, with strong skills in Kubernetes, Rust/Go, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration (K8s) and container tech.
• Proficiency in systems programming languages (Rust, Go).
• Experience with Unix/Linux kernel internals and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and high-reliability software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small dynamic team building platform software for Kubernetes, Kata and Confidential Containers.
• Ensure integration of team software across the stack with NVIDIA systems.
• Drive architectural decisions and planning for scalable distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
