Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Australia seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to join the built-form team, focusing on design excellence, client delivery and innovative solutions across projects nationwide.

You will lead design development, oversee documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality throughout the asset lifecycle.

Bachelor in Civil Engineering is required; CPEng or chartered status is preferred but not essential, with 5–10 years in consulting.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy client focused team.
• Strong practical understanding, proactive high-level thinking and high attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate would be applying their experience to a diverse range of structural engineering projects, with the key focus on built form sector.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent is essential. CPEng or equivalent charted status preferred but not essential.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to become an integral member of our team delivering quality projects around Australia.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires aSenior Engineer, Structural specialising in Built Form sector with a strong focus on professionalism, client delivery and innovation.You will be a key part of a vibrant close-knit, innovative team.
