Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead major land development and infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You will work with Principals to deliver projects, mentor engineers, and build enduring client relationships across a diverse portfolio in Perth.

You will guide development through design to construction, oversee budgets and risks, and contribute to ongoing business growth while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.

• Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from due diligence through to construction.
• Manage development applications, design coordination, and contract administration.
