Job summary

CPP is a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider in Australia. We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Protection to join our in-house Design & Engineering team in Adelaide.

You will deliver specialist protection engineering across HV transmission and renewable energy projects, developing protection philosophies, relay settings and fault studies for safe, reliable operation. Join a team of 180+ professionals and contribute from concept through commissioning, with exposure to nationally

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist protection engineering expertise across the design and delivery of complex HV transmission and renewable energy projects.
• Develop protection philosophies, relay settings, fault studies and protection schemes that support safe operation of substations and renewable energy infrastructure.
• Provide technical support during commissioning and energisation activities, assist with outage switching programs, and troubleshoot protection systems.
