Working within the Delivery and Operations team, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects while providing technical expertise, contract management and leadership to engineering teams.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Engineer (Civil), you'll take ownership of multiple road infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery. You'll manage contracts, oversee project performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You Will

• Lead the delivery of road construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Manage Routine Maintenance and Performance Contracts and other infrastructure delivery contracts.
• Provide technical advice and engineering expertise to support planning, design, construction and maintenance activities.
• Undertake tendering, estimating and contract administration activities.
• Monitor project performance, quality, risk and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and support engineering and project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess

• A Washington Accord accredited four-year degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
• A current Class C driver's licence.
