As a Senior Engineer (Civil), you'll manage the delivery of multiple construction and maintenance projects, provide high-level technical expertise, administer contracts and lead engineering teams to achieve quality project outcomes. You'll work closely with contractors, stakeholders and project teams while contributing to the planning, design, construction and maintenance of critical transport infrastructure. At Transport and Main Roads (TMR), you'll have the opportunity to deliver road infrastructure projects that support safer, stronger and more connected communities across Queensland. Working within the Delivery and Operations team, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects while providing technical expertise, contract management and leadership to engineering teams.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Engineer (Civil), you'll take ownership of multiple road infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery. You'll manage contracts, oversee project performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of road construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Manage Routine Maintenance and Performance Contracts and other infrastructure delivery contracts.
• Provide technical advice and engineering expertise to support planning, design, construction and maintenance activities.
• Undertake tendering, estimating and contract administration activities.
