The role emphasises strategic capability, delivery focus, and building community support, with responsibilities spanning planning to reporting and team mentorship.

Qualifikationen

• Eight years’ experience in community and stakeholder engagement on infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver engagement on complex, high-profile initiatives.
• IAP2 certification is highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and delivery of community engagement strategies for major capital projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery and positive community outcomes.
• Build social licence and community support in line with regulatory expectations.
• Develop engaging communications content across traditional and digital channels.
• Manage community issues and complaints and report on engagement outcomes.
• Identify risks and escalate solutions as needed; represent the organisation at meetings and events.
• Maintain engagement databases and provide regular monitoring and evaluation.
• Lead small project teams and mentor junior staff.
