Job summary

Worley Consulting is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our Advisory business across APAC, focusing on energy, chemicals and resources. The role involves delivering strategic and commercial advisory engagements and guiding growth and transformation initiatives.

You'll work with senior stakeholders to develop business cases, operating models and investment evaluations, leveraging Worley’s global capabilities to move from strategy to execution across projects and portfolios.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, advisory, engineering consulting or related environments.
• Experience supporting customers within energy, chemicals, resources, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong interest in energy transition, decarbonisation, sustainability and the future of energy and industry.
• Experience developing business cases, strategy studies, market assessments or investment analyses.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to structure complex challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and commercial advisory engagements across energy, chemicals, resources and industrial sectors.
• Support customers in developing growth strategies, investment plans, portfolio optimisation and operating model improvements.
• Advise on energy transition, decarbonisation and sustainability opportunities for a lower-carbon future.
• Contribute to strategic studies, market assessments, business cases and major project evaluations.
• Analyse complex market, financial and technical information to provide actionable recommendations.
• Work with leadership teams to identify risks, opportunities and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategy sessions with senior representatives.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and executive deliverables.
• Support proposal development and account growth across key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Worley’s consulting, engineering and project delivery teams globally.
• Contribute to development of consulting methodologies and intellectual property.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow the Advisory team across APAC.
