Job summary

C2O is seeking an experienced Commissioning Supervisor (Energy Marshall) to join our Melbourne team, supporting the delivery of major data centre projects across Victoria. This senior role manages electrical isolation, energisation, and LOTO compliance as the project Energy Marshall, ensuring safe, efficient execution in line with procedures.

Working with commissioning, construction and client operations teams, you will help deliver critical infrastructure projects safely and successfully.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Commissioning Supervisor or Senior Electrician.
• Experience delivering commissioning on data centres or critical infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical isolation and energisation procedures.
• Ability to lead in high‑risk environments and manage SLDs.

Responsibilities

• Act as site authority for electrical isolation and energisation activities.
• Review and approve NoEs and Energisation Permits.
• Coordinate LOTO across project fronts.
• Maintain and control Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Lead isolation planning with commissioning and construction teams.
• Conduct isolation audits and ensure safety compliance.
• Chair safety meetings and support high risk activity planning.
• Liaise with client operations on outages and energisations.
• Support incident investigations and continuous improvement.
