Energy Exemplar is seeking a subject matter expert in European energy markets to join the EMEA Solutions team. The candidate should have a strong background in energy market economics and be adept in using fundamental models for decision support. This role involves leading projects, implementing the PLEXOS software, and supporting business development initiatives.

The position is available for remote work or at our London office, offering opportunities for travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of energy market economics and key market drivers.
• Experience in energy market supply and demand modelling using optimisation tools.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for energy market models and implement PLEXOS software.
• Support business development by generating thought leadership.
• Provide training on PLEXOS modelling software.
