Job summary

Pinaka is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Infrastructure Engineer to join the Platform Services team in Canberra. The role focuses on secure, reliable and supportable ICT infrastructure and endpoint security platforms, with collaboration across Cyber Security, infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' relevant experience administering enterprise endpoint security platforms.
• Active Baseline security clearance is mandatory for this role.
• Strong Windows Server knowledge including AD, Entra ID, DNS, PKI and Group Policy.
• Experience with privileged access management and identity/security platforms such as CyberArk or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise endpoint security platforms (application control, EDR, AV, device control).
• Administer and configure Airlock Digital, SEP, and Defender platforms and manage agent health/lifecycle.
• Plan and execute security patches, policy changes, and agent deployments via change management.
• Assess and implement application whitelisting and security policy requests with system owners and Cyber Security.
• Monitor CVEs, vendor advisories, and vulnerabilities with remediation planning and testing.
• Provide operational support across Windows Server environments including Server Core and lifecycle management.
• Administer Windows Server services (AD, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, GPO, SCCM/MECM, Intune) and Azure Virtual Desktop.
