Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–4 years embedded software/firmware experience.
• Strong C/C++ and debugging in constrained systems.
• Experience with RTOS, concurrency, interrupts, timing.
• Low-level software or device drivers experience.
• Experience with embedded processors, board bring-up, HW/SW integration.
• Proficient with source control, CI/CD.
• Independent problem-solving and cross-disciplinary communication.
• Knowledge of software quality and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded software for battery monitoring.
• Lead delivery of major features and drive architecture decisions.
• Develop real-time software, device drivers, and HALs.
• Analyze performance, memory, power, and startup behavior.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and verification teams.
• Translate requirements into clear software specs and tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD and automated build/release workflows.
• Support planning, estimation, and roadmap development for Battery Insights.
• Review designs and ensure code quality.
