Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to lead analog hardware developments across Australia. The role spans from concept through production, collaborating with hardware, FPGA, firmware and systems engineers on diverse projects.

You will own analog design activities, contribute to system architecture, and work in a hybrid or remote setup with engineers located nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong background in analog electronics design and testing.
• Experience translating system requirements into robust hardware solutions.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design workflows.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog electronic circuits and systems.
• Translate system requirements into robust hardware solutions.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation and verification.
• Develop schematics and support PCB design activities.
• Collaborate with digital, FPGA, firmware and systems engineers.
• Support prototype development, testing and debugging.
• Identify and resolve hardware design issues.
• Create technical documentation and design specifications.
• Engage with customers and provide technical input on projects.
