Job summary

The role focuses on advancing magnet-decrepitation technology through rigorous electrochemical investigation and data-driven decision making.

You will apply CV, LSV and EIS techniques to solve complex challenges, interpret results, and support scale-up for commercial deployment in a collaborative, innovation-driven

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrochemistry or related field required.
• Hands-on electrochemistry in research/tech development.
• Experience with CV/LSV/EIS and data interpretation.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of electrochemical R&D programs and milestones.
• Design and conduct electrochemical experiments using CV, LSV, EIS.
• Analyze electrochemical data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Investigate electrode kinetics, overpotential, and charge transfer mechanisms.
• Develop DoE studies and validation protocols.
• Translate bench-scale findings into pilot-scale improvements.
• Mentor junior scientists and technical staff.
• Prepare technical reports and leadership presentations.
