Qualifications

• Proactive and safety-focused leader with strong background in maintenance, reliability or work execution within heavy industrial environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health, safety and risk management practices.
• Desirable: EEHA qualifications and experience in electrical/instrumentation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and capital work execution activities to ensure safe, efficient and schedule-compliant delivery.
• Work with Schedulers, Reliability Engineers and Planners to develop and execute achievable work programs.
• Manage resources for maintenance, shutdown and breakdown activities while supporting operational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reliability and work management processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to work execution teams, including acting in the absence of the Work Execution Superintendent.
