Job summary

CNF is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the electrical Design & Construct delivery of a major water treatment upgrade, guiding design, construction and commissioning between the Sydney CBD office and the site in western Sydney.

The role requires managing scope, budget and program, coordinating internal engineers, procurement, subcontractors and regulators, and ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a recognized PM qualification.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule on electrical D&C projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, construction and commissioning processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an electrical D&C project from design to commissioning.
• Oversee scope, budget, program and quality to contract and client requirements.
• Manage the D&C delivery team including internal engineers, procurement, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain the project program with milestones and critical-path activities.
• Identify, manage and report on technical, commercial and program risk.
• Coordinate design reviews, approvals and documentation across electrical interfaces.
• Plan and oversee construction, testing and commissioning activities on site.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards throughout delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Administer the project under the D&C contract framework.
