Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in an engineering consultancy, contractor or major infrastructure environment.
• Experience delivering building services, infrastructure, defence, aviation, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical design and project delivery capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Chartered status or progress towards chartership is highly regarded.
• Australian Citizenship is preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical engineering designs and technical solutions across a diverse range of projects.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, reports and calculations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across buildings, infrastructure, defence and aviation projects.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Work directly with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support developing engineers and designers.
• Contribute to innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build expertise across emerging and high-growth sectors including data centres.
