This particular role sits with Atlas (a Sequana Group Company), our brownfield water and wastewater specialist. Atlas focuses on improving delivery success across the full lifecycle, from condition assessment and optimisation through to renewal and upgrade delivery. Since 2011, their teams have delivered programs 95% on time, 98% on budget, with over $100m in TOTEX savings, by bringing together senior, cross-functional expertise across design, construction, maintenance and delivery management.

  • Conducting site assessments and engaging directly with construction teams to resolve technical queries, review as-built conditions and provide design support during delivery.
  • Attending client-facing design meetings and technical presentations, explaining your design rationale, responding to technical queries and managing expectations through the design phase.
  • Working through engineering challenges, interpreting as-built conditions, assessing asset condition, designing for maintainability and constructability in live operating environments.
  • Contributing to design cost estimates and programme inputs, providing realistic task hour estimates and flagging scope changes early.
  • Monitoring your project scope, hours and budget, tracking where you sit, raising issues early and keeping your Project Manager informed.
  • Contributing to project close-out including commissioning support, handover documentation, lessons learned and case study input that builds Atlas’s body of knowledge.
