Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Mining & Resources team in Gladstone. You will oversee instrumentation, control, and communication systems across complex industrial projects, and provide technical guidance on I&C architecture and automation.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help deliver integrated project outcomes. You will mentor emerging engineers, manage quality, schedules, budgets, and risks, and strengthen client relationships to support

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering qualifications RPEQ (Electrical) or ITEE equivalent.
• Significant experience with Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems in industrial environments.
• Experience delivering design solutions across industrial, manufacturing, resources, energy, water, or process industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach and commitment to technical excellence.
