Qualifications

• Experience managing and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to implement governance, MEL and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and delivery of the program, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate governance meetings, work plans, budgeting, risk, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage relationships with partners, advisers and service providers; define scopes of work and contracts.
• Support governance frameworks covering MEL, GEDSI, risk and communications.
• Coordinate technical support across MEL, GEDSI, climate adaptation and learning.
• Build relationships with government stakeholders, UN agencies, NGOs and regional bodies.
• Engage with regional mechanisms and finance partners to enable anticipatory action funding.
• Contribute to governance and policy forums to reflect program priorities and lessons.
