About the role

At Lendlease, operating safely across all operations and projects, and maintaining the physical and mental health of our people is a significant part of our culture and the way we do business. We are currently looking for a Senior EHS Coordinator to join our WA business and help drive this culture of safety on an upcoming project in the Perth CBD region.

This role will see you lead safety within our project team on site. You will be responsible for driving EHS performance, providing technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitor compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.

To be successful you will need:

  • At least 7 years' experience in a Safety Coordinator/Advisor or in an EHS related position, from within the construction industry.
  • Large-scale commercial and/or residential project experience is essential.
  • An understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
