SDN Newtown is seeking a permanent full-time Senior Educator to support our toddler room for children aged 2–3 years. The role is ideal for a Diploma qualified educator who is passionate about high-quality early childhood education, inclusive practice, child safety and building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, while ensuring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Experience documenting observations and reflective practice to support learning outcomes.
• Ability to support and collaborate with a team in a childcare setting.
