Job description

We are seeking an Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Salisbury North. As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

About the Role

You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

  • Pay: Ranges from $38.20 to $63.86 per hour + allowances (experience and qualification dependent)

About Goodstart Salisbury North

The centre caters for 90 children aged from six weeks to kindergarten aged, with a careful balance between play-based learning and routine. All staff are highly qualified and have vast experience.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current SA Working with Children Check
