Department of Education, Western Australia is recruiting a System Reform Change Manager to drive the system-wide change program across public education. You will translate major reform priorities into coordinated, practical and sustainable change while supporting executive decision-making and risk management.

You will lead change impact assessments, readiness workstreams and workforce transition planning to ensure successful implementation across schools and the broader education system.

Qualifications

• Senior-level change leadership experience.
• Ability to translate reform priorities into practical, sustainable change.
• Experience advising senior decision-makers on readiness, capacity and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system-wide approach to change and develop a change management framework aligned with Government priorities.
• Identify dependencies, map priorities, and advise on readiness, capacity and risks for implementation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and workforce transition approaches while informing executive risk management.
