Job summary
Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victorian schools. These are not entry-level roles; candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across schools, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments while collaborating with school leadership to deliver ICT
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of IT industry experience.
- Experience with the TSSP program or education-sector ICT is preferred.
- Ability to plan and deliver ICT training for staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across DoE schools.
- Administer and support school networks and servers.
- Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
- Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
