Job summary

Beca Pty. Ltd. in Melbourne seeks an Associate or Senior Associate Earthing Engineer to deliver earthing, bonding and lightning protection across transmission, renewable energy, infrastructure and industrial projects. You will work with highly respected power engineers, mentor others and help grow Beca's specialist earthing capability.

You’ll deepen your expertise while supporting projects that help shape Australia’s energy future, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

Earthing and bonding design for substations, transmission networks and infrastructure.
Earthing modelling and testing methodologies, including CDEGS.
Lightning protection design and EMC assessments to standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver earthing and bonding designs across the full project lifecycle.
Undertake modelling, site investigations and technical assessments.
Build client relationships and provide specialist technical advice.
Mentor junior engineers and grow the earthing capability.
