IT Alliance is seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer to implement CRM solutions across Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney with hybrid work. The role emphasizes Dynamics CRM development, Azure cloud and secure coding practices in an agile DevOps environment.

The ideal candidate will have senior EL1-equivalent experience, strong C#/JavaScript/TypeScript skills and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-standard solutions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary ICT qualification or applicable industry certifications.
• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using .NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse; Power Platform apps and flows.
• Understanding of secure software development and OWASP Top 10 security risks.
• Ability to identify, assess and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and APIs.
• Strong problem solving and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

One of our federal Government clients is seeking to engage Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer (Developer) for Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide location .

Please note Candidate must have Baseline Security clearance

• Extension term- 6 months
• Location of work- QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW
• Working arrangements - Hybrid Working Conditions Currently available (3 days in the office.)

Overview -

Our client is looking for a Solution Developer to implement new business solutions as part of its digital transformation program. The program will deliver new services using cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365 and bespoke web apps.

The successful candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions, as well as working closely with other developers and the platform architect to build technical capability to a high standard, using agile delivery and DevOps principles.

Key duties and responsibilities

This role will:

• Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations
• Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues
• Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required
• Work closely with team members and contribute to team process and skill improvements.

Essential criteria

• 1.Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
• 2.Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C#, javascript and typescript.

• 3. Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies: . Experience in D365 Customer Service . Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 . Experience in extending and automating Dataverse, using:

  • Power automate, business process flows, business rules
  • Javascript, plugins
  • Power apps/Power pages
  • Functions apps/Logic apps
  • Consuming Web APIs
• 4.Demonstrated understanding of secure software development principles and the OWASP Top 10 security risks
• 5.Ability to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications, integrations, and APIs
• 6.Demonstrated skills and experience in: - Problem solving and troubleshooting - Communication at technical, business and personal levels (written & verbal)

Desirable criteria

• 1.Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines.
• 2.Experience building web apps with ASP.Net Core and ReactJS
• 3.Experience working in a team or organisation using agile principles, practices or frameworks (i.e. Scrum).
