Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Solution Architect to partner with clients, understand complex business challenges, and translate them into practical, future-ready solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. You will lead design, cost estimation, and integration efforts while influencing enterprise strategy.

You will communicate across C-Suite and technical teams, stay at the cutting edge of platform capabilities, and help clients maximize value from their technology

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in solution consulting with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform or equivalent.
• Experience delivering high quality customised presentations to C-Suite and subject matter experts.
• Deep knowledge of how the Power Platform works, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and the first party Dynamics 365 CE apps.
• Experience designing, developing, costing and integrating services/applications.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes.

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and goals to deliver measurable value.
• Deliver robust, scalable solutions and drive digital transformation for clients.
• Write quality solution responses from sales proposals to detailed designs for developers.
• Create concise diagrams to communicate technical designs to diverse audiences.
