Job summary

Pinaka is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant / Solution Architect for a Sydney-based engagement. The role focuses on functional consulting, architecture and integration design for a global ecommerce/ERP transformation, rather than development.

You will lead requirements workshops, define integration specifications and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver pragmatic, industry-best solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Experience as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Solution Architect or Functional Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration patterns and integration architecture.
• Experience with Shopify, B2B Commerce or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working across both business and technical delivery teams.
• Strong solution design capability and pragmatic best-practice approaches.

About the Role

Pinaka is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant / Solution Architect for an engagement with a global company specialising in ecommerce, ERP and integration solutions, supporting a Consumer Electronics Services client based in Sydney.

The engagement forms part of an enterprise ecommerce and ERP transformation initiative and is primarily focused on functional consulting, solution design and integration architecture, rather than software development.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, the Dynamics 365 F&O team and development teams to understand requirements, lead discovery workshops, define functional and integration specifications, and recommend practical solution approaches and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

You will ideally bring:

• Strong senior-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Demonstrated experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Solution Architect or Functional Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration patterns and integration architecture.
• Experience working with Shopify, B2B Commerce or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working effectively across both business and technical delivery teams.
• Strong solution design capability and the ability to recommend pragmatic best-practice approaches.

Development experience is not the primary requirement. This role is best suited to someone with strong functional consulting, architecture and solution design expertise.
