Job summary
Cenitex in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build and deliver customer service solutions using Dynamics 365 CS, Power Platform, Dataverse and Power Pages. You will lead development activities, mentor junior developers, and work across case management, integrations and cloud deployments with CI/CD.
The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work, offering opportunities to contribute to the digital Victoria agenda and deliver impactful government IT
Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service design, configuration and implementation.
- Power Platform and Dataverse expertise.
- Power Pages development integrated with Dynamics 365/Dataverse.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices experience.
- SLA, queues, business process flows and escalations experience.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test and deploy technical solutions.
- ICT/Engineering degree or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions based on requirements.
- Configure and build D365 case management functionality.
- Develop Power Pages forms integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Create and review code, perform testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Deploy and maintain cloud applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
- Work in an Agile/DevOps environment.
