Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead Dynamics CRM initiatives, architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management with Dataverse and Power Platform. You will build APIs, integrations, and scalable Azure-based solutions while guiding a high-performing team.

The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Must have lead experience as a MS Dynamics Developer.
7+ years of software development and enterprise delivery experience.
5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with Azure design.
Knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Experience with low-code and custom development on Dynamics 365.
Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace and related features.
Experience with Web API development, ASP.NET Core, EF, Azure SQL, DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on delivery to the team.
Architect and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions.
Design Dataverse data models, security, and integration patterns.
Develop Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and integrations.
Lead API and enterprise system integrations using Azure services.
Drive DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, testing, and production support.
Promote reuse, security, quality, and knowledge sharing.
