Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer to join a multi-disciplinary, agile team in Canberra or nearby ACT. The role focuses on delivering client-centered Dynamics CRM solutions and building technical capability with DevOps practices.

You will work with the platform architect, other developers, and business users to design, configure and extend Dynamics 365, Dataverse and related Microsoft technologies, ensuring secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

Tertiary ICT qualification or relevant certifications.
Experience as a Dynamics 365 developer with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with D365 Customer Service, configuration and customization of Dynamics 365, and extending Dataverse.
Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages) and Web APIs.
Understanding of secure software development and OWASP Top 10.

Responsibilities

Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations.
Undertake software development with a focus on Dynamics CRM.
Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues.
Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required.
Work closely with team members and contribute to team process and skill improvements.
