Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CE, including Customer Service.
• Hands-on development capabilities with C# and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to implement integrations using Dataverse and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Dynamics 365 CE production issues.
• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse.
• Investigate Outlook integration, email tracking and Exchange synchronisation issues.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint document management integrations.
• Troubleshoot Document Core Pack and document generation issues.
• Develop customisations using C#, JavaScript, Dataverse plugins and Power Automate.
• Design, develop and support integrations with external platforms.
• Improve system performance, reliability and security.
• Manage solutions, deployments and application lifecycle processes.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development and problem-solving.
