The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Due Diligence Manager to lead a team of analysts, review complex customer assessments, manage escalated cases and provide guidance on financial crime risk. You will collaborate with Risk, Gaming, Surveillance and Investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold integrity and continuous improvement.

Key attributes include strong analytical ability, risk-based decision making, and tertiary qualifications in a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in Due Diligence, AML, Financial Crime, or Risk.
• Experience supervising a team or leading analysts.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF obligations and ECDD in regulated environments.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
