Job summary

Calleo is seeking a Drupal Developer based in Canberra to design, develop and enhance the Agency’s public website and intranet. You will work in a multidisciplinary web team on front-end and back-end development and continuous improvement of the digital ecosystem.

The role requires Drupal 8/9/10, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React, plus PHP and DevOps practices; you will align solutions with accessibility, security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Drupal (8/9/10) sites and modules.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Knowledge of PHP and server-side frameworks.
• DevOps experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in government or regulated environments with accessibility and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development tasks across the full lifecycle, including design, build, testing and deployment.
• Design and enhance digital experiences for the public website and intranet.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), performance, and security.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary web team to deliver high-quality products.
