Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Draftsperson for our Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) and dual occupancy projects at our Docklands Head Office.

You will deliver precise drawings that satisfy customer requirements, company standards and all building regulations, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Operations and Construction teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a minimum of 4 years' drafting experience in residential construction, with proven AutoCAD skills and

Qualifications

• 4+ years' drafting experience in construction.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Diploma or degree in Building Design or Architectural Drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural and working drawings for KDR and dual occupancy projects.
• Interpret and apply planning schemes, Building Codes, regulations and authority requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Operations and Construction teams to ensure designs meet requirements.
