McArthur is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join Doable, a partnership that blends expert safety leadership with frontline practicality. The role spans frontline services and head office, coaching leaders, analysing safety data, and translating insights into actionable actions.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and ongoing safety improvements across sites in Victoria. The successful candidate will hold tertiary OH&S qualifications, be familiar with the disability

Formación

• Demonstrated OH&S expertise in the disability sector.
• Familiarity with disability services and NDIS framework.
• Experience leading incident investigations and safety policy implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safety and wellbeing framework with risk assessments and audits.
• Support leaders in investigating staff incidents and complex investigations.
• Embed safety culture and deliver learning initiatives for leaders.
• Provide guidance on return-to-work capacity and duties.
• Lead OHS Committee activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct safety inspections.
