We’re looking for a Creative Director to build and scale the creative heartbeat of Deputy from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll unify brand, design, content, and storytelling into one high-performing function that fuels demand across every channel and campaign. You’ll ensure that every ad, landing page, sales deck, event, social post, and product launch connects emotionally, stands out visually, and ladders up to business impact.
You will be the creative engine behind brand decisions and it will be your job to make sure Deputy looks, sounds, and feels world-class, while helping drive SQLs, pipeline, and revenue. You will shape the entire creative strategy for a tech unicorn. While it will be your job to help the company maintain brand clarity, this is not just a brand role; it’s a creative growth role.
In the new Deputy marketing structure, the Creative Director is the heart of everything we will publicly do for Deputy. Both as a brand that becomes beloved by customers and also creating demand for others to know about us. By ensuring that every creative asset connects emotionally and converts effectively, this role multiplies the impact of campaigns, channels, and programs.
