Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Senior Dimensions Care Partner in Murrarie, QLD. The role is full-time and permanent, acting as the first point of contact for Dimensions system and workforce planning inquiries from Centre Directors and teams.

You will coach junior partners in labour forecasting and SABR rostering, and drive workflows aligned to policy. You will help design and deliver training for onboarding and staff development, contributing to outcomes that support learning and

• Minimum 12 months' experience in rostering/workforce planning and/or payroll.
• Experience with rostering systems (UKG Pro/Dimensions or Kronos) is highly desirable.
• Early childhood industry experience is highly desirable.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

Goodstart Early Learning is currently seeking an Senior Dimensions Care Partner. The Senior Dimensions Care Partner position acts as the first point of contact for Dimensions system and operational workforce planning related enquiries from Centre Directors and teams.

As a senior partner you will coach and develop junior partners understanding of Labour, forecasting and same age band rostering (SABR). You will be responsible for actioning internal workflows ensuring outcomes align to policy.

Help design & deliver training for new staff onboarding and as needs arise from the centres.

You'll bring to the table:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in rostering/workforce planning and/or payroll
