UniSC’s Information Technology team seeks a Senior Workplace Technologies Engineer (Endpoints) to design, deliver and optimise modern endpoint and workplace technologies. You will lead user-focused digital workplace services across on-campus and remote environments, guiding technology roadmaps and project delivery with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in workplace technologies, endpoint management or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise across endpoint management platforms, Windows and Apple operating environments, and virtual desktop environments.
• Experience with application packaging/deployment, virtual environments, endpoint asset/lifecycle management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience using reporting/DEX insights to improve user experience and inform decisions.
• Experience implementing AI, automation and emerging workplace technologies to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Experience designing and supporting workplace technologies in large, complex environments.
• ITIL/ITSM practices including service delivery, change, incident and problem management.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across endpoint technologies and drive adoption of workplace tech.
• Manage and optimise endpoint environments across Windows, Apple and virtual platforms.
• Lead endpoint asset management and lifecycle planning using DEX insights.
• Drive improvements in application delivery, endpoint security and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects and support adoption of new technologies.
• Support implementation of AI, automation and emerging workplace tech to improve efficiency.
