Job summary

The Senior Account Manager at Epsilon will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and overseeing the delivery of all Epsilon DMS campaigns. You will build and nurture client relationships, understand objectives, and create media strategy and implementation recommendations across all media.

You will also manage PMX Lift client relationships and stakeholder management, including education, media planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years account management/agency experience.
• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
• Experience in digital media across performance marketing, rich media, video and audio is preferred.
• Experience in media planning, digital measurement metrics, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply the full capabilities of Epsilon DMS and PMX Lift to internal Publicis Agencies
• Develop, and maintain relationships with agency and clients - delivering to PMX and agency expectations, resolving campaign issues (creative, pixels), creative updates, insights, ongoing campaign management
• Oversee new campaign launches – including coordinating media delivery, ensuring campaign is set up correctly and launched on time
• Manage creative process when needed, ensuring creative execution is delivered on time and meets clients’ expectations
• Requesting campaign launch actions with agency/clients; pixels, tracking, etc
• Pull and collate accurate campaign insights for agency teams for Epsilon DMS
• Updating salesforce, addressing finance queries to ensure timely billing and revenue recognition
• Generate market-relevant collateral (case studies, onepagers, market insights)
