Job summary

Virtusa in Sydney is seeking a Senior Digital BA to lead client engagements in banking, FS, and insurance, driving end-to-end delivery across multi-stack programs.

You will collaborate with frontend teams (AEM, ReactJS) and backend platforms (Pega, CMS) to shape user journeys, manage backlog, and support BAU and transformation.

The role requires 5+ years of international market experience and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong domain experience in banking, financial services, insurance domains.
• 1 end-to-end application implementation experience as LBA/SBA.
• Experience in programs involving multiple technology stack and integration context.
• Experience in working with frontend applications and user journeys (eg. AEM, ReactJS etc.)
• Experience in working with backend applications (case management, rules engine, content management etc.) and platforms (Pega, SendGrid etc.)
• Strong technical stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BAU support projects, managing enhancement backlog, incidents, and platform requirements
• Successful business transformation credentials.
• 5 years of work experience in international markets (Australia, Europe, or the US).
• Experience with Agile delivery across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements (pursuit or delivery) using a consultative approach.
• Manage project design and delivery efforts, including project logic, design, work streams, team structure, and deliverables.
