Job summary

Atain in North Sydney is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise DevOps platforms, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, and observability tools, and will ensure security, reliability, and scalable deployments across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Location in North Sydney, onsite role.
• Strong expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, automation, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Manage Azure cloud environments for security, availability, and performance.
• Implement Docker and Kubernetes-based containerization and orchestration.
• Develop deployment automation using Helm and Ansible.
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and reliability.
• Implement DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Ensure platform compliance, security, and operational excellence.
