Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource optimization, and scaling large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, OCI, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of LogScale cells and related infrastructure.
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations and incident response.
• Upgrade clusters and microservices; deploy patches and recover cells after failures.
• Build automation and self-healing scripts to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support to troubleshoot production issues.
